All event registrations and ticket purchases with The Soiree House are final and non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Personal reasons
- Professional commitments
- Medical emergencies
- Travel delays or cancellations
2. Non-Transferability
Missed events are considered forfeited.
Registration fees cannot be transferred to future events or used as credit.
3. Event Cancellations by The Soiree House
In the rare event that The Soiree House cancels an event, participants will be notified via the contact details provided during registration.
Depending on the situation, we may:
Offer a full refund, or
Provide an option to transfer registration to a rescheduled or future event.
4. Third-Party Services
If ticketing or payment is processed through a third-party platform (e.g., payment gateway, ticketing site), their terms may also apply.
The Soiree House is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party providers.
