1. Eligibility

* Participation is open to individuals aged 16 years and above.
* Performances may be in any language.

2. Code of Conduct

* Performances must not include vulgarity, offensive language, religious views, or political opinions.
* Any violation of this guideline will result in the host exercising full authority to stop or skip the performance.
* All attendees are expected to foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment by listening attentively and encouraging fellow participants.
* Any form of disruptive conversation or behavior that affects the comfort or well-being of others will not be tolerated.

3. Registrations & Fees

* Once registration is completed, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable to future events.
* If a performer is accompanied by family or friends, they must register separately as audience members.

4. Promotions & Announcements

* Any personal, commercial, or promotional activity during performances must be informed and approved in advance.
* Uninformed promotions will result in the immediate termination of the act.

5. Rights & Authority of Organizers

* The organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any part of the event or performance at their discretion.
* The Soiree House is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the event.

6. Amendments

* The Soiree House reserves the right to Update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
* Continued participation or attendance at events will be deemed as acceptance of any such changes.
